It has been 6 weeks since we moved in with my mom. We NOW have yet another plan. Things have been a little crazy since we decided to move to Rock Springs. Another jobs came available in the Utah union while we were in limbo. We decided to take this opportunity of limboness (yes I know it's not a word) and apply for that job. We didn't get it. Last weekend we found out that the Utah Union (the one we would like to be in) is very disgruntled with their contract and has threatened to strike. So we decided to wait no longer on other job posting and move in together as a family. With a strike, there could be all kinds of result. We don't feel comfortable putting down too deep of roots until it all blows over and we can have a better idea of the future in the Utah Union. We were lucky enough to find a month to month rental. It was VERY VERY dirty, like 15 hours scrubbing just the Kitchen dirty. The owner has offered to pay me to paint and by the condition of the walls, it looks like painting might be in my near future!! The owner is a very nice lady and willing to work with us on a lot of things. It is getting better the more cleaning we are doing and getting unpacked. It's nice that it is the summer and we can spend some time outside. We do feel very blessed to be living together as a family. We were missing out Dad very, very much!! This limb life could go on for quite some time, but at least we are together now.
We had a ton of fun living at Grandpa and Grandma Allred's. I have lots of fun pictures but the internet that we are currently stealing from some unknown neighbor is not good enough to post pictures.
